Pump is missing the straw do i have to unsctew it onstead of pumping. Kind of snnoying. Wsotinh to see if it works....

I haven't had a chance to use for a full week yet, so i cannot attest to its success. The bottle is ill designed. The top of the product with the pump function is stuck inside the cap on first opening and I have tried everything to get the cap and bottle pump separated. I can access the product by tamping it from bottle. The outside container is massive and wasteful considering how small the vial held within is. It better be miraculous for me to be a returning customer.
